Summary

Fancy Fonts is an offline-first app. It does not require an account, does not send your text to any server, and does not collect analytics on what you type or style. This policy exists because the app uses third-party SDKs for advertising and in-app purchases, which is required disclosure under App Store and Play Store policy — not because Fancy Fonts itself collects personal data.

Data we do NOT collect

No account, email, phone number, or sign-in of any kind.
No text you type, style, or copy is transmitted anywhere. All Unicode transforms run entirely on your device.
No cloud sync, no backend server, no analytics SDK tracking your usage of the app’s features.
No access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

Data collected by third-party SDKs

Fancy Fonts is free to use and supports itself through non-intrusive ads and an optional one-time “remove ads” purchase. To provide these, the app integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Fancy Fonts itself does not receive, store, or process any of the data these SDKs collect on their own behalf. If you purchase the Pro unlock, the SDK confirms your entitlement locally on your device — no purchase history is transmitted to us.

Ads and children

Fancy Fonts is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region) and does not knowingly collect data from children. Ad requests default to non-personalized where required by law or platform policy for users who have not opted into personalized ads.

Local storage

The app stores your favorites, custom styles, bio drafts, and settings locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly copy or share it yourself. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.

Your choices

Remove ads entirely: purchase the one-time Pro unlock from Settings. Once purchased, no ad SDK initializes at all.
Opt out of personalized ads / tracking: respond to the consent (UMP) and, on iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompts shown on first launch. You can change this later in your device’s system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: ad settings in the Play Store app).
Delete your data: uninstall the app. Since nothing is stored server-side, this removes all app data completely.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in the app’s store listing changelog.
